For this second edition of The Bubble, we’re diving into something both familiar and surprisingly unexplored: our body.
You know, that wonderful thing that carries us around all day? It has so much knowledge and wisdom. It feels before we think, it signals before we analyze, and it’s got our back (literally).
Are we always aware of that, and give it all the attention it deserves? Sometimes yes, sometimes… not so much.
How well do you actually know your body? Do you tune in or tune out? Is it your best friend forever, a bit of a stranger, or something in between?
Let’s hit pause together, and send our brains on a little break while we check in and reconnect with the real expert—our body.
Expect insightful moments and serious playfulness!
First, let’s arrive. We’ll slow down, tune in, and explore how emotions and the body interact.
Then, we’ll go deeper—relaxing, listening to what our bodies have to say, and expressing it through writing and visualization, with curiosity and zero judgment.
Embodying Your Truth – Moran
Let’s dance! Time to get out of your head and into your body. No steps to follow, no right or wrong—just movement, expression, and letting it all flow.
Group Sharing – Everyone
We’ll wrap things up with space to share insights (if you feel like it) and part ways feeling a little lighter, a little more connected, and maybe even a little surprised.
