Transformation Coaching - Frequently asked questions

If you want to know more about my coaching style and approach or get a grasp of my offer, you’ve landed on the right page!

If you work with me, I’ll guide you to achieve your goals: the one you’ve always dreamed of, the ones you gave up on halfway, the ones you’ve procrastinated on, and the ones you thought were out of reach. It’s essentially about empowerment and accountability. We humans tend to commit more when someone is watching and holding us accountable.

So, the idea is to facilitate your transition from situation A to situation B with as much ease as possible, providing all the support, guidance, and gentle nudges you need to get it done.

I can’t speak for others, but here are a few things that tend to happen to people who work with me:

  • Inner peace and mental freedom
  • Increased self-love, confidence, awareness, and lightness
  • Healthier boundaries and relationships
  • Newfound clarity and drive
  • Fewer limiting beliefs and doubts
  • Stronger leadership, in your professional and personal life

I would say coaching is for everyone who is willing to show some effort, commitment, and consistency. I know that doesn’t sound sexy, but if you invest time, money, and energy in coaching without being very open to putting in some work and changing some patterns, I’m sorry to break it to you, but it’s not going to work. It’s like wanting fantastic abs or glutes and showing up at the gym twice a year.

Also, I’d like to be crystal clear: I am not a therapist, and I don’t pretend it’s all the same. These are complementary approaches. If I think you might need something I can’t help you with, I’ll let you know.

No offense to either them or myself, but there are thousands of coaches out there saying and doing essentially the same things. What differs are their personalities, experiences, and approaches. So, the best advice I can offer is to choose me if you resonate with my energy and feel you’ll be comfortable being authentic and vulnerable around me.

I don’t have a one-size-fits-all approach. That would be quite lame since you’re unique.

I’m here to be on your side, to achieve your goals and tackle everything that shows up and stands in the way.

I am definitely not going to throw your questions right back at you or groan while you’re talking. I’m going to get you (in the sense of understanding you) and share tips, guidance, tools, messages from the Universe, and whatever part of my experience that’s relevant and helpful to you.

I’m going to root for you, celebrate your success like a cheerleading team, but also, just a heads-up, call out your BS if and when BS happens!

I also believe in fun. The topics we address can be pretty heavy, and this whole transformation journey ain’t no walk in the park, so I’m not taking anything lightly, but definitely with lightness.

Both. I’m perfectly comfortable with being a Swiss Army knife.

I deeply enjoy facilitating inner peace & mental freedom in all shapes and forms, whether it’s in the private or professional sphere. I can’t exactly preach letting go of limiting beliefs and then limit myself, can I?

I have over 25 years of experience across agencies, corporate roles, entrepreneurship, and consulting. I’ve managed teams and engaged with individuals at all levels, with audiences ranging from customer service agents to C-level executives.

So, I’ve gained a solid grasp of business dynamics, and most importantly, people.

In addition, I’ve massively and intensively worked on myself and have tried pretty much everything in the self-growth department. I can easily relate to any struggle, emotional rollercoaster, and I have a toolbox for pretty much every situation—and yes, it happens that I’m highly intuitive, too.

So yeah, why not?

That really depends on your preferences and the level of personalized attention and interaction you want.

If you’re aiming for a deep exploration of your goals and challenges, individualized focus (mine), tailored guidance, and complete privacy, I would suggest the one-on-one sessions.

If you enjoy a dynamic environment and community feel, a safe space where participants benefit from shared insights, diverse perspectives, and collective support, along with celebrating progress and achievements, then group programs are for you.

Full disclosure: if you’re committed, both will get you results!
